The purpose of Active Minds at Florida is to explore and promote mental health education issues related to the student experience. Active Minds at Florida will help those interested in stress relief and the mental health community get to know one another outside the classroom. Ultimately, this will create lasting change in the way mental health is discussed, viewed, and handled on the University campus.
