Navigating the Healthcare System:
Complaints, Appeals and More

The PHAS Movement informs people with disabilities about their rights as users of Quebec’s public healthcare and social system. The PHAS Movement will join us to present the various avenues, options and tools available to those who wish to find out their options when they are having problems with our healthcare system. The presentation is divided in three parts.
• Part one will focus on the complaint process.
• Part two will focus on other options such as going to a user’s committee, the ombudsman and the various professional orders.
• The third part will focus on the different resources available to help people with disabilities get information, tips and advice to ensure their rights are being upheld.

Come join us to get essential information to ensure your rights are protected.

When: Thursday, March 13, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Where: 2120 Sherbrooke Street East, suite 402, Montreal, QC H2K 1C3.
