Towards Accessible and Inclusive Teaching: Post-secondary Pedagogy and Universal Design for Learning

The Research Center for the Educational and Professional Inclusion of Students with Disabilities (CRISPESH) invites you to come learn how Universal Design for Learning (UDL) can provide a sustainable framework for faculty and staff to improve post-secondary education for all students, including those with disabilities.

This year’s symposium will focus on pedagogical applications of UDL in the real-life classroom. Participants will learn about:

-Application of UDL principles to enhance teaching and learning
-Utilization of accessible instructional media and practices
-UDL Course design
-Faculty, staff and student perspectives of UDL in practice
