Understanding income taxes, RDSPs and RRSPs can be frustrating; it sometimes seems the information is in another language! Thanks to Finandicap, you will soon know exactly what you need to!
This workshop will focus on:
• Tax credits: many grants and tax credits are available for people with health problems that limit them in their everyday tasks. However, only one tenth of eligible Canadians use them adequately. Come learn about the various tax credits and how they can help you.
• Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP): RDSPs help you save for the long term. It’s the most affordable way to secure your future while sheltering it from cutbacks in solidarity benefit. Though over 8,000 Quebecers have benefited from RDSPs, there are still a lot of misconceptions that need to be cleared up.
• Financial Planning and RRSPs: do you wish to plan for retirement or any other project that your heart is set on, such as buying a home, going back to school or even going on a vacation? Finandicap is there to help you assess the best options so that you may reach your financial goals.
