Volunteer Training and Information Session
Part of an independent life is getting involved in your community. Why not become involved at Independent Living Montreal (IL-M)? Come to this information and training session at which Rosie Arcuri will present:
• The benefits of volunteering in general and specifically at IL-M (skill development, diversity of activities, giving back to your community, volunteer perks etc.)
• The various ways volunteers could be very helpful (helping to plan and organize an activity, leading an activity, monitoring an activity or workshop, administrative support, etc.)
Please attend this session if you are committed to volunteering. Volunteering can be as simple as giving 3 hours of your time per month. This organization is operated by and for people with disabilities. We encourage you to make this statement even more applicable than it is today.
When: Wednesday, September 24 from 1:30 to 4:00p.m.
Where: 2120 Sherbrooke Street East, suite 402, Montréal, QC H2K 1C3.
