Each and every one of us has experienced stress in our lives. Having a disability comes with its own stressors, which can include adapted transport, the medical system, difficulty finding and maintaining a job, and much more. In this interactive workshop,

Serge Bélisle will share his experiences and discuss:
• What are the most common causes of stress for people with disabilities?
• How does stress impact the lives of people with disabilities?
• What tips and tricks can concretely be implemented to reduce the impact of stress?
