Canada is at a pivotal moment regarding employment of persons with disabilities. COVID-19 has drastically changed how and where people work and has intensified the nationwide talent shortage in many sectors. Yet persons with disabilities continue to face significant barriers that prevent meaningful employment.
This CAN Connect Forum will provide an opportunity for attendees to interact in an informal, open environment, sharing what we’ve learned during the pandemic about employment of persons with disabilities and considering how we can identify and create more meaningful employment opportunities for persons with disabilities post pandemic.
