Independent Living – Montreal would like to invite you to our relaxing afternoon of Therapeutic and Laughter Yoga. Please note that both types of yoga will be gentle, and will be practiced sitting down. There is no need to be in good physical shape.

1:30 – 1:45 Introduction to Therapeutic Yoga and completing a release form
1:45 – 3:00 Therapeutic Yoga *This class costs $5*
3:00 – 3:15 Break
3:15 – 3:45 Laughter Yoga *Free*
3:45 – 4:00 Wrap – Up / Evaluation
Please note: there is a $5 fee to participate in this Therapeutic Yoga class. The $5 fee is payable on site.

· A minimum of six registrations per activity is required to hold an activity.
